Your Career History must:

• Cover all employment, education, placements, periods of unemployment and any other activities from age 16 to the present.
• Be completed in MM/YY format.
• Be in chronological order.
• Account for all periods of time, including any gaps.
• Match the dates and information shown on your supporting documents, including education and references.

Photo Identification Please provide a clear copy of one of the following:

• Passport
• Driving Licence (If you have a full license, please provide)

Proof of Address Please provide a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your current residential address. Work Permit / IRP Card (if applicable) Please provide a copy of your current permission to work. If you have applied to renew your IRP, please provide a printout of the renewal confirmation email showing:

• Your name
• Date and time of application
• Application reference (where applicable)
• Relevant authority email address with time and date stamp of receipt of email

Qualification Documents Please provide:

• Qualification certificates
• Final Academic transcripts for each year
• QQI Recognition/Comparability Certificate (where applicable)

Mandatory Training Please provide copies of:

• Introduction to Children First
• Implementing Children First
• eLearning Programme for Mandated Persons
• Children First in Action
• Child Sexual Exploitation
• Data Protection / GDPR Training

Additional Training Please provide copies of:

• First Aid Responder
• Fire Safety
• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), PMAV or equivalent Crisis Intervention training

Garda Vetting Form Please complete the attached Garda Vetting form.Please ensure that:

• The form is completed in BLOCK CAPITALS.
• It is completed using blue or black ballpoint pen.
• All writing is clear and legible.
• Your current address matches your proof of address exactly.
• The position applied for is written in full with no abbreviations.
• Your email address is written clearly, as your National Vetting Bureau invitation will be sent to this address.

• Your dates of employment and education are consistent across your CV, Career History and qualification documents.
• All documents are clear, complete and readable.
• Any documents not in English are accompanied by a certified English translation.
